If played while ignoring the mechanics entirely, you'll run into SG issues and probably end up not dealing very much damage. Because she needs to play out her animations to get stacks towards Limit Break, she can be a pretty hard (frustrating) character to play without a lot of attack speed. When you hit 5 stacks, you activate Limit Break, which makes all Explosion skills deal an even larger burst of damage at the end of their animations.Įphnel's gameplay revolves around juggling this (her level 72 skill gives her Limit Break whenever she uses her lv42 ult skill which is amazing for both overall damage and SG management), keeping her passive buffs up, and Field Octagon during Limit Break bursts. Loading skills have a small animation at the end that loads a Bullet this adds +1 to your Limit Break counter and recovers 10% SG whenever you gain a Bullet starting from level 57 onwards.īullet stacks (you can only have one at any given time, limit break counter is tracked separately) can be expended by Explosion skills, which when used deal a large burst of extra damage at the end of their animation. To expand on Ephnel (since I main her) she has probably the most complex (which doesn't say much, tbf) rotations of any character to actually work properly.Įphnel has two types of skills loading skills, and explosion skills. Pick the one that has different types of skills that you like. If you're not sure, just go in and look at all the skills. Story: idk, but first impressions based on personality would be Jin, Haru(Kind)/Stella, Ephnel, Chii/Iris., lily(never really played gun guy)īest to choose based on favorite, not on damage cause all of them don't struggle compared to others in endgame(i think) Range: Stella, Iris(for her ranged skills), idk. Sort of like assasin, wait for the perfect moment to strike, and dodge around. She's melee, and very fast paced.Ĭhii - Her skills involve charging up, and so your sense of timing and knowing when to dodge/cancel your skills are important.

Spear gurl - idk how she's played, but she's about as hard as chii. The kinda character that takes long to do skills, but does really high dps. Same thing, got different types of ranged skills, as well as some melee ones. Look at her skills and you'll see how she's sorta ranged.

Playing her now, she's fun to play, unique skills(jin is basically different variations of punches, and sometimes in the air and at range.). Like she's who you're looking for, kinda. Tanky and powerful-ish, like a general all-rounder. Good for clearing out large groups of mobs, and heavily reliant on crit build. Lily - Scythe melee, sort of long range(?) in terms of reaching distance. The shortest range, the hardest character imo. Defensive, the hidden version absorbs all damage you take, resident sleeper card, can stay as level 1 only.Jin - Brawler melee. and - for mob clearing, craftable as well. This is the best card to have imo. This one is decent too for boss fights, low CD as well if you don't have Rita yet, this one is craftable with akasha key. can get only from AT, level 1 deals alot of damage, level 2 sucks and kinda useless, level 3 is decent enough and has wider range, you wanna have 1 level 1 and 1 level 3 of this for some reasons, you will find it out yourself afterwards.

's-Rage-MK2 - stamina regen, nuff said, good for combo and attack speed gameplay, can cancel skill animations since you have more stamina to burn, worth maxing as well. This card is great since it scale the sum of your damage by a certain percentage, the crit rate is constant though but decent enough to have, even KR (Korea) server they still use this. this one is from akasha transmitter or AT only, during combat your stats can increase upto 50% depends on what you are wearing and modifiers you have or brooches on your fashion set. same as Shade you can use 2 of this card, some say attack speed or AS is not that good for Jin but from my personal experience AS is great on Jin, so up to you if you wanna have this on your Jin or not. PVP is a different story.įor early game levels 1-54 or even 55 - you can use 2 of this card 1 is craftable with 1 star grade and can go up to level 2 only but the hidden version 2 Star should be enough and worth to max it to level 3 You want something to do with crit rate and crit damage, defensive cards are kinda meh so yesn't go defensive cards for PVE.
