This is just me passing on my impressions and how I got it. Once I got 5 in whips I could because I was already playing a spellsword and had the lvl 1 magic. I had level 5 swords and couldn't use it. So I was curious about this weapon way before I could make it and was never sure how it worked or even which skill I really needed to use it.
